Looking to burn fat? If so, this full body metabolic fat burning workout is for you. Full body workouts in general are the best for fat burning since they work so many muscle groups in a single session but this workout takes that even further and really kicks things into high gear.  

Our full body metabolic fat burning workout incorporates supersets into each set you perform, so you're quickly moving from exercise to exercise.  We've adjusted the supersets so that you're constantly moving from an upper to a lower body workout, so this slashes the total rest time down even further as one area of the body is resting while the other is working.  

This ensures that you're still able to lift a maximum amount of weight to stroke the metabolism without sacrificing the speed in which you progress through it.  

Perform this full body metabolic fat burning workout 2 to 3 times per week. For even faster fat burning results, add 2 days of interval cardio sprint training to your weekly workouts. Interval training is a technique of mixing short bursts of sprinting (1 to 2 minutes) into standard cardio workouts.  

This still allows you three days off for recovery or very low intensity cardio training to ensure that you don't become over-trained.
