10 Minute Morning Fat Blaster Circuit

If you're short on time and have difficulty trying to fit in a workout session, don't be discouraged. If you have a good plan in place, you really can improve your fitness in as little as ten minutes a day.

This 10 minute morning fat blaster circuit is perfect for doing first thing in the morning to jump-start your metabolism and burn body fat all day long. Simply perform this after getting up in the morning and follow up with a protein and carb rich breakfast to satisfy your nutrient needs.

The 10 minute morning fat blaster circuit is designed to be fast paced in nature, so you'll move rapidly from one exercise to the next. These exercises require no equipment at all except for a pair of dumbbells, which you can easily purchase at a local fitness store or major shopping center.

Your goal is to perform as many reps as you can of each exercise (until exhaustion) and then move to the next as quickly as possible.  Use a weight that challenges you to complete around 10-20 reps with.  Once you're finished the first circuit, cycle through it one more time.

Aim to perform this workout three or four mornings a week, taking one day off between sessions and alternating between workout A and B.  

 

Workout A

Exercise 
Push-Ups
 Walking Lunges
 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
 Plank Exercise (hold for 30 - 60 seconds)
 Dumbbell Dead Lifts
 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
 Lying Leg Raises
 Rest for 2 minutes before repeating

 

 Workout B

Exercise 
 Dumbbell Chest Press
 Dumbbell Squats
 Dumbbell Upright Rows
 Side Plank (hold for 30 seconds per side)
 Pull-Ups (or single arm dumbbell rows)
 Bicycle
 Rest for 2 minutes before repeating
